  • Branding & Content Creation

Any customization or additional scope shall be agreed upon in writing via proposal, estimate, or email.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for project execution

  • Approve content and deliverables within reasonable timeframes

  • Pay agreed fees on time

Delays in feedback, approvals, or payments may impact timelines and results.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are to be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Once a service has commenced or a digital asset has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.

  • Any recurring service may be paused or canceled with written notice before the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, websites, logos, content, and marketing assets created by MediGrow Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Clients retain full ownership upon project completion and clearance of all dues.

7. Service Results

We provide performance-backed strategies. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific patient numbers

  • Revenue growth

  • Top search rankings

Outcomes vary based on competition, region, patient behavior, and client cooperation.

8. Use of Third-Party Tools

We use platforms such as:

  • Google (Search, Business Profile)

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

  • WhatsApp API Providers

Any changes to third-party terms, algorithms, or access policies may impact performance and timelines. We are not liable for such platform-side changes.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all client data, marketing strategies, and internal information. We expect the same from our clients regarding our methods and systems.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service with notice if:

  • A client is abusive, unresponsive, or violates terms

  • Payments are delayed or disputed without cause

Clients may also terminate by providing written notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

MediGrow Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss or damages arising from:

  • Use of our website

  • Use of services or digital assets

  • Implementation of marketing advice

Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and results.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
